How to use

- Each photo shows the location, camera and date it carried, and they are removed right away.
- Save or share the cleaned copies. Saved files get -clean added to the name.
FAQ
Do my photos really contain location?
If location tagging is on in your camera settings, the coordinates are stored inside the file. Messaging apps often strip it, but original files posted to blogs or marketplaces can keep it.
Does quality drop?
No. The photo is not re-compressed; only the information blocks are cut out, so the image is identical.
Will photos turn sideways?
No. The rotation flag is kept so photos display upright. It holds no personal information.
Does it work with iPhone HEIC photos?
For now it supports JPG, PNG and WebP. On iPhone, set Camera > Formats to Most Compatible to shoot JPG.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser and photos are never sent anywhere.
